1 General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between tt44 ("Platform", "we", "us") and any user of tt44's services ("User", "Member", "you").

The following are the meanings of some important terms used in these conditions:

• Platform: The tt44 website and all services operated under it.
• Account: Your personal user account registered on the platform.
• Wallet: The balance held in your account.
• Bonus: Additional funds or benefits provided by the platform.
• Bet: The amount placed from your wallet in any game or sport.
• Wagering: The condition of placing a specified amount of bets to make a bonus withdrawable.

These terms have been prepared in Bengali and that version shall be considered final. tt44 reserves the right to change these terms at any time.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

tt44 reserves the right to accept or reject any registration application. We are not obligated to provide detailed reasons in the event of a rejection.

3 Account Verification

In order to provide secure services, tt44 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. Any of the following documents may be requested for verification:

• A clear copy of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• A document proving your date of birth.
• Proof of current address (utility bill, bank statement, etc.).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account details).

Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete. After submitting documents, you will need to wait for the verification process to finish. Submitting false or forged documents will result in permanent account closure.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

The following policies apply to financial transactions at tt44:

• Minimum deposit: A minimum of ৳200 can be deposited via each method.
• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum amount for each withdrawal is ৳500.
• Withdrawal time: Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 10–45 minutes.

Accepted payment methods:

• Nagad — Mobile banking.
• Rocket — Mobile banking.
• Bank transfer — Via major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank.

Withdrawal requests must be made via the same method used for the deposit. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. In the case of suspicious transactions, tt44 may request additional verification and temporarily suspend processing.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

tt44 offers various bonuses and promotions for members. Each bonus has its own terms. The general bonus terms are as follows:

Welcome Bonus:

• 100% bonus on the first deposit — up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total of ৳2,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳32,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳15,000, giving a total of ৳47,000.

Wagering requirement:

• A 25x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount (on the bonus portion only, not on deposit + bonus).
• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

General bonus terms:

• A bonus may be claimed only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
• tt44 reserves the right to cancel a bonus in the event of suspected bonus abuse.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts, the same device, or the same IP address is prohibited.
• tt44 reserves the right to change bonus terms.

6 Gaming Rules

All games and betting activities conducted on tt44 are operated fairly and transparently. The following general rules apply to all games:

• The individual rules of each game's provider will apply.
• If a game stops midway due to a technical error, the bet may be cancelled.
• Game results are final, and the information recorded in the management system will be considered valid.
• For sports betting, bets are accepted before the event starts; live betting is also available for certain events.
• tt44 is not responsible if a game is affected by a loss of internet connection.

tt44 always ensures fair play and keeps all transactions secure through SSL encryption.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tt44 platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with a false or incorrect identity.
• Playing games using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems.
• Abusing or manipulating bonus terms.
• Using an account for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Unauthorized access to other members' accounts.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems.
• Manipulating game results or colluding with other players.
• Allowing minors to access the platform.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

tt44 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms.
• Failure to verify identity or providing false information.
• Suspicious transactions or unusual betting patterns.
• A court order or instruction from a law enforcement agency.
• Extended inactivity.

Members may also request closure of their account at any time. Valid funds may be withdrawn before account closure, but any active bonuses will be cancelled.

9 Responsible Gaming

• Members can set their daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
